We produce hot-dipped galvanized iron wire at diameter from 0.19mm to 25.0mm, which can be supplied in the form of coil wire, spool wire, etc. We produce quality hot-dip galvanized iron wire with careful control of every process from steel rod coil, wire drawing, annealing, rust removing, and acid washing, electric galvanizing to wire coiling.

*Low Carbon Steel wire with tensile strength 30-55kg/mm2
*High tensile strength carbon steel wire


Wire diameter: 0.19mm - 25.0mm


Zinc coating: about 40gram - 290gram.


Production Process of Hot-dipped Galvanized Iron Wire:
Steel rod coil -- Wire Drawing -- Annealing -- Rust Removing -- Acid Washing -- Zinc Plating -- Wire Coiling.


Packing: Different coil diameter or coil weight available for customers'choice.
*10-1000KGS coil lined with wax paper or PVC stripes and wrapped with Hessian cloth.
*In small coil of 0.5-10 1bs then in carbon.
*To be straightened & cut in requested length, then in bundles & put into carton.
